Community Policing Council Meeting with Carlton Mayers

Carlton T Mayers will present about Consent Decrees and what Albuquerque can expect when APD’s years of federal oversight end. How will we keep the momentum toward change when law enforcement is self-monitored?

Rene Barraza will also be on hand to answer questions about the SW Area Command.
