reAGENTS

Reimagining equity

What is reAGENTS?

reAGENTS is a dynamic and inclusive initiative aimed at empowering middle school students in Albuquerque’s International District to become positive agents of change within their schools and communities.

Through engaging and interactive after school sessions, students will develop leadership skills, enhance self-esteem, promote prosocial behaviors, and work together to create a culture of peace, equity, and harmony.

reAGENTS Goals

The goal of reAGENTS is to empower students by tapping into Social Emotional Learning (SEL) utilizing Erik Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Stages.

Students who participate in the reAGENTS program will leave feeling empowered, with increased  agency and self esteem. Through the program we hope to see a reduction in bullying as well as increased attendance by the participants.
