The Boris Lawrence Hensen Foundation provides culturally relevant resources, programs, and education. They’re fighting for mental health support in urban schools, reduced prison recidivism, and an increased number of African-American therapists.

Licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (Ph.D. / PsyD), marriage and family therapists (LMFT), clinical social workers (LCSWs / LMSWs), and board-certified professional counselors (LPCs) are available at BetterHelp.

Talkspace is an online therapy service. Forget schedule conflicts and leaving your home to meet with mental health professionals. Users can contact a mental health professional at any time when circumstances arise that require attention, without waiting for an appointment to be scheduled.
