Rt 66 Visitor's Center, 12300 Central Ave SW

The State of the City is an opportunity to reflect on the past year and hear about the work underway to keep Albuquerque moving forward. Gates open at 4:30; State of the City Address begins at 5:45.

Plus it’s an evening of entertainment, hands-on activities, and celebration of our beautiful city. Bring the whole family to hear about how we’re working together to shape Albuquerque’s future.

PARKING

Limited parking is available at the Route 66 Visitor Center at 12300 Central Ave SW  until the lot is full.

Additional parking is available at the Fire Academy parking lot at 11500 Sunset Gardens Rd SW, located east of the Route 66 Visitor center.  

Round-trip transportation will shuttle attendees to and from the Route 66 Visitor Center.

PARK & RIDE DIRECTIONS

To Fire Academy Parking Lot

• From Central Ave SW, go south on 114th Street.

• Turn right onto Sunset Gardens Road SW (Just past the Don Reservoir Convenience Center).

• Turn left into the Fire Academy parking lot.

OVERFLOW PARKING

In the case overflow parking is required, drivers will be directed to the Central & Unser Transit Center at 7901 Central Ave NW.

BUS RIDERS

Please debark the bus at the Central & Unser Transit Center at 7901 Central Ave NW. Round-trip transportation will shuttle attendees to and from the Route 66 Visitor Center.
