Saff’s Sanctuary is proud to present a BIPOC Healing Space for spring, focusing on equanimity. “How do we anchor in our own calm and stability when the world is and feels hard on us and our communities? Equanimity is an act of individual & collective care. Equanimity is not about bypassing the harms we witness and experience in the world.”
