Successful completion of the 20-hour employability workshop, which covers skills from building a personal brand to mastering job interviews, opens up new opportunities through the FLAME job rotation program.

This includes but is not limited to recently released inmates, those in rehabilitation, aging-out foster youth, disabled individuals, housing voucher clients, veterans, women recovering from domestic violence, those living in temporary housing, and other individuals wanting a new beginning or second chance.
