Participants will:

  • Dive into introductory herbalism
  • Participate in urban gardening and seed cultivation
  • Enjoy tea blending and sampling
  • Explore aromatherapy basics
  • Craft self-care DIY products and engage in guided meditation and mindfulness nature walks
  • Enhance your vitality with a cooking class featuring plant-based ingredients
  • Learn grounding techniques and experience sound bowl demonstrations
  • Create your own smudge blends and culminate the weekend in a sister circle closing ceremony
  • Reconnect with the Earth, nurture your higher self and build a community based on healing and oneness
  • Receive take-home informational handouts and custom gift bags
