Cooking for diabetes can be delicious! Learn to plan and cook meals that help manage diabetes, and to cook healthier for your whole family. Connect with others who have or are helping their loved ones manage a diabetes diagnosis.

This series focuses on New Mexican and soul food. It includes hands-on cooking as well as classroom learning, and a Zoom option is available.
