River Cleanup Day

Celebrate the National River Cleanup in the Bosque! Meet in the dirt parking lot on the north side of Central, just west of the river (map) to enjoy morning snacks – then head out to pick up trash along the shoreline and trails. There will be raffles and a prize for the WEIRDEST piece of trash!

Wear sturdy footwear and bring work gloves, water, sunglasses, and sunscreen, and a hat if you’ve got one! Parking is very limited, so please carpool (or bike!) if you can.

To sign up, visit One Albuquerque Volunteers or contact Volunteer Program Coordinator Jenny Blackmore at jblackmore@cabq.gov or 505-768-3072.
