It’s True New Mexico time! Each spring, NMBLC and the NM Asian Family Center host a cohort of Black/African American and/or AAPINH young artists create original self-portraits guided by the prompt “What’s your True New Mexican story?”
The art is exceptional every year! Don’t miss your chance to check out the 2026 cohort’s work right here in the NMBLC offices. Delicious food and legendary NMBLC hospitality will anchor this exciting event. We can’t wait to see you there!
