The program is for renters that live in Albuquerque and who are at or below 80% of area median income; have been directly or indirectly impacted by COVID; and who are at risk of homelessness or housing instability.

The Homeowners Assistance Fund program is a New Mexico Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) that is providing housing grants to eligible households who have experienced financial hardship associated with the COVID-19 health crisis.

Taxes and Insurance Assistance

Providing Loan Reinstatement and Loss Mitigation Programs that will provide up to $20,000 per household to help eliminate past due payments. Also offering help paying delinquent property taxes or property insurance.

HELPNM is offering housing assistance to housholds who are experiencing immediate housing stabilization needs in ten counties.
