Night of the Living Dead<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This zombie classic is one of Deputy Director Kindra Hill\u2019s favorite horror movies. It starred a Black actor as the hero, a big deal in 1968. \u201cThe script didn\u2019t even describe the character as Black,\u201d says Kindra. \u201cDuane Jones was cast because, as said by director George A. Romero, \u2018Jones was the best actor we met to play Ben.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
