According to Little Bear Event Coordinator Grace Young, the event will feature vendors offering food, ceramics, jewelry, art, crochet goods and a tarot reader in the lot outside the coffee shop, and inside, the café/bar will have specials on Halloween-themed cocktails and a costume contest starting at 8 p.m.
