    ¡Flamenco Para Todos! is the end-of-semester student showcase of the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts. This event is FREE to all, because Flamenco is meant to be shared para todos—with everyone!

    Bring your friends and family to experience the beauty, passion, and spirit of flamenco. Plus balloon sculptures, hands-on activities, face painting, a photo booth, food trucks, and more for a great time for all! No fee or tickets, just come!

    Yinka Esi Graves: The Disappearing Act

    Yinka Esi Graves is the Black Flamenco dancer in the documentary “Gurumbe: Canciones de tu Memoria Negra.” “The Disappearing Act” is her first solo production, in which she draws on her reality as a flamenco dancer of Afro-Caribbean descent and the historical and representational questions this has raised throughout her career.

     

    With dance, live music, text, and video, this experimental flamenco work was developed through a series of international residencies. Get your tickets HERE!

    Learn the basics of flamenco with Lidón Patiño, professional Flamenco dancer and choreographer, and faculty member in the department of Theater and Dance at the University of New Mexico.

    This beginner class is open to the public of all ages and is free for all.
