    This end-of camp showcase features a live student performance, a showcase of their camp activities, an awards ceremony, and lunch – all to celebrate what they’ve accomplished together this summer. (Harambee is Swahili for “all pull together.”)

    Tijeras BioZone Open Space Community Concert with Elovated Roots

    The evening’s headliner is Elovated Roots, an Albuquerque reggae band dedicated to fostering a message of love and unity.

    This is a great chance to check out the Tijeras BioZone Open Space, a 4-mile, 1,000 foot BioZone along the largely ephemeral Tijeras Creek just east of Albuquerque along old Route 66. The Creek feeds Albuquerque’s aquifer, and is an oasis for variety of plants and animals.
