Twinkle Light Parade
Albuquerque’s beloved Twinkle Light Parade is here again! The parade usually features about 260 twinkled-up vehicles and 4,000 people. Entries include trucks and trailers, cement mixers, buses, marching bands, ambulances and firetrucks, dance groups, athletic teams, and more – all lovingly created by our community! This will also be an opportunity for holiday shopping at stores and special vendors.
The twinkly procession will roll west on Central Ave. through Nob Hill from Washington St. to Girard Blvd. The street will be closed and impossible to cross by car, so plan ahead! Free parking will be available at the parking lot located on the southwest corner of Lomas Blvd. and University Blvd. (View Map) Shuttles will run from the lot to Johnson Field from 3 to 10:30 pm.
