UpLIFT

UpLift is a multi-year initiative focusing on long-term community resiliency in Albuquerque’s International District and in the Black/African American communities.

About UpLIFT

Leadership Council and our partners have created the UpLift program to provide help, resources, and information to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Uplift helps individuals easily navigate local and state offerings for financial assistance. You’ll also find additional easy to use information through the links on this webpage.

This project is sponsored in part by the Department of Health, Better Together project (COVID Pandemic Equity Initiatives), Con Alma Health Foundation (Reimagining Black Communities in New Mexico), and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation
